Unreal Engine 5 - Blueprint

I completed a 6-week course in Unreal Engine 5, focused entirely on Blueprints, Epic’s powerful visual scripting system. The course covered all the essential fundamentals of Unreal development and gave me a strong foundation in how to build games using Blueprints without writing C++ code.

Throughout the course, we worked with key Unreal concepts such as Actors, Components, and creating Child Blueprints to reuse functionality. We also explored building basic gameplay logic using Game Modes, Game States, and Player Controllers. I gained hands-on experience with level design, event-driven scripting, variables, functions, and timeline animations, as well as UI implementation.

By the end of the course, I had a much deeper understanding of how Unreal Engine 5 works under the hood and felt confident in creating gameplay systems and prototypes entirely within the Blueprint system. It was an excellent stepping stone for moving into more advanced Unreal development, including C++ scripting.
